Guest Report post Posted November 5, 2003 Hey gang, I've been seeing requests for Knotting Pheasant tail into legs showing up on alot of the fly tying forums I visit so I'd thought I'd put it up for anyone who wants it. I have the Rainy Tool, but if you go to a craft store and buy the smallest rug latch hook tool you can find it's basically the same thing.
