  1. Congratulations bud. Glad you had a good time. Good luck on the squirrel huntin and how many rabbits did yall get?-Tim
  2. Hey Red. I promise that once you hear the sound of them beagles on the trail of a rabbit you wont wanna hunt anything without dogs. Trust me I tried it when I was 6 with my uncle for deer and I have had the dog fever ever since. I hunt everything possible with dogs. Everything from Squirrels and Rabbits to Deer and Bear. Its by far IMO the most exciting way to hunt. Good luck on your hunt and if you ever get the notion to hear some hounds sound off on a deer or two come pay me a visit.-Tim

  8. Hey guys. I really appreciate it. Like Red said, I want to get into fly fishing really big because it seems like alot of fun and a while back I did manage to catch a 3lb Largemouth on my fly rod so that was real fun. Thanks alot and I will gladly accept trout flies as well because I am going on a trout fishing trip to the streams in east tennessee this summer. Thanks a million, I really really appreciate it.-Tim

  12. Just thought Id add this. http://www.basspro-shops.com/servlet/catal...arTarget=browse This is the rod combo I saw on BPS website that really caught my eye. It is in my price range and is already spooled with line. It seems to be a good setup but I still want your opinions on it and what is a good weight for trout and panfish (that is what I mostly plan to catch and maybe an occasional bass). This is the rod tube I was lookin at. http://www.basspro-shops.com/servlet/catal...arTarget=browse And this is the tackle box I might get to go with it. http://www.basspro-shops.com/servlet/catal...arTarget=browse Please provide your opinions and advice on these items. I dont want to waste my money and get some trashy rod and reel. I want to get something good that will be a good setup. Thanks.-Tim
  13. Thanks for the replys guys. I think I am gonna get a fly rod for my birthday in april and the closest Bass Pro Shops or Cabelas around here is a Bass Pro Shops in Hampton VA so I am looking for a good deal from BPS. Thanks again.-Tim PS:what is a good weight setup for trout and panfish?
