JSzymczyk 0 Report post Posted April 7, 2007 they all look good! my 7 y.o. son came up with an idea to put about 6 or 8 long saddle hackles on before putting on the marabou and flash, and tying them on a not-long shank hook like a 3366 or 8089, with heavy full hackle. I made several like that and they work very well, caught a few LMB with them already. easy to make a 4-5-6 inch long fly that casts well and has teriffic action. Sort of an Eelworm plus marabou, minus the lead eyes. His favorite color was black and red, and that produced as well as "normal" colors. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
