At last I posted the picture that some of you guys have been asking for......yes its me fishing the Jackson river in Virginia. Yes that is a wild brownie that attached itself to a size 18 gold ribbed hares ear.

nice - - - - - but why would you want to move from vermont ??? i have friends in va, winchester, sturats draft, waynesboro not enought water down that way for me beautiful country though

I had to move from Vermont because of my work. I do miss the great fishing there but not the cold winters :headbang:

Last winter I had a minus 30 day :bugeyes:

I am going after the striped bass from the beach here with a fly and of course those wonderfull speckled trout

Hey BritishMike,

You are missing one hell of a mud season!!! :hyst: :hyst: We got 8" of wet heavy snow sunday. The water is COLD I saw a Rainbow in the Winooski with a beaver skin coat on. :hyst: Ther rivers are going to be high for a while.

Yep I had heard from friends there abut the mud season and as I said earlier....................do I miss it?
