The weather was nice today, so I grabbed out the snowshoes again and went for another hike, to one of my usual places.

Nice images..That river looks allot different frozen over..

I took the dog and went up the mountain to play in the snow..But the weather was to brutal to get the camera out..

Stu - These snow shots are wonderful. I like the one of the bridge the best. Beautiful photography in every shot.

Love the pics of the bridge and the fence. I can just see a steam loco crossing the bridge on the way to do a Midway Turn. Think we're gonna have to take a hike up to the trestles or along the old line one day.

 

Have often thought of taking a picture of the KVR line and putting a ghost image of a 2-8-0 or 2-8-2 in the image but don't have a good shot of one of those locomotives.
