Dying to Fish 0 Report post Posted June 30, 2008 This device was made in the early 1990's about 1993 or 1994. The Vice Device attached to the body of the Regal vice making it a true rotary vise. Searched the web with no luck. The device was carried by Rainy's Flies & Supplies and was manufacured by Charles B. Bennett of Utah. Any help would be great. Silverfishflies 0 Report post Posted June 30, 2008 Hello DTF, An even better idea would be to order the new Regal Revolution back or barrel section & stem. Regal's Revolution Series is their new in-line spinning vise. Using the barrel section with your standard vise head allows you to have 360 rotation, as well as the vertical adjustment. I have been using mine for about a year now and I love it, especially for large flies & also to make best use of Regals' tube fly attachment.
