Double paraloop rhodani emerger

This is a double paraloop rhodani emerger, with both rooster hackle and cdc hackle tied paraloop.

The fly in the link has only got cdc paraloop.

In the double paraloop i first tie in the rooster hackle and go up the post and then down again.

Then i make a cdc paraloop as shown in the link (two cdc feathers and a magic tool makest the job easier). I go with the cdc up the post in between the rooster hackle and then down again.

Then i unhook the tread from the gallow that i use and makes the thorax.

 

Before the fly is ready i use my fingers and pull out some cdc to make it the way i want it.

For Rhodani i use tmc 2487 #14

For Aurivilli, Sulphurea and Marginata i use tmc 2487 #12

Your flies are simply awesome. I love this one, great combination of materials.

The two tone traslucent body works really well buddy :thumbup:
