Semi Realistic Hopper

This is my attempt to tie a hopper.... still have not figure out the best way to tie my legs... ( I mean her legs...!!! )........ :crying:

I have posted in all angles... pls advise.... other than legs, what can I improve.... appreciate.....

Very nice job of tying....and your first on a Hopper even. :headbang:

And..............as to tying her legs (ya don't mean yer wife do you ???) :hyst: er.....right.....the hopper.......I would think Graham would have the best idea for improvement (ya out there Graham ???) !!! :help:

Great job. It will definetly fish. Great job on the head, it looks alive.

You could use mono for the legs . Lots can be done with mono and it is very durable.

Fred is right ( can be bent with a heated bodkin & build on that; also Plastic Broom Bristles (from an old tent whisk broom, or Japanese nymph legs you can build on that) !!! I like the legs to be flexible if it is for fishing (gives it good life in the water & makes for a nice stike trigger) !!!

I talked to Graham on the phone, and he saw your hopper. Your hopper is fantastic & the legs look great !!!
