How do you color your flies?

I'm just starting to tie some bass poppers and make my own bodies and stuff. Maybe some tube flies and I'm just curious how you guys paint them or color them?

I use paint polish to color mine, nice solid colors and harden the foam to boot.

Sharpie markers.

Since all mine are made from soft foam bodies or cylinders, I use permanent markers or if I'm looking for fluorescent colors, fabric markers. You can blend or fade the colors easily.

Thanks everyone. I'm hoping to do some this weekend. What do you coat them with when your done. I've read the hard as nails product, I thought I would try that.

I bought a color assortment of sharpies at wally world that came in about 10 or 12 different colors. They work great for coloring soft foam and even epoxy type flies. I've also used finger nail polish on harder materials.
