I've been trying to find a good baitfish pattern like this for a while i am not sure. we have a guy custom make them for the fly shop. the thing is really odd because you tie it in upside down then fold it over and you are left with the two little pieces of felt or what ever that stick out behind the bend that keep the tail from snagging the hook Thats a fish catcher for sure!
