Some women's dresses come with loops of a 1/4" clear stretch plastic to hang up the dress with so you don't put hanger marks in the fabric. She doesn't use them so I get them. They are stretchy an about 10" in length. They will take a color market well. Just used some to make wings for house fly imitations both with chain bead eyes and some tied with foam to float.
