ditz2 0 Report post Posted July 9, 2012 If my memory serves me correctly.....30 or 40 years ago, Orvis had a very large popper shown in thier cat. that was made out of styrafoam and had some large saddle hackles bunch on the tail. I think it was for cobia and billfish. I think it was and 1 1/4" in dia. or a little larger. I bet it was fun to cast too. I am sure it was considered a one fish fly. Tore up after each fish.
