dontheo 0 Report post Posted February 10, 2005 I liked the thread on the portable flying kit for streamside. But I have a travel problem. It's the scissors on airlines. I would rather spend a few relaxing hours in the hotel room than at the bar tying. I ahve fedXed scissors ahead and back before but it's expensive if I dont already have documents I need to ship. anyone travel a lot who has a solution. A razor blade works in a pinch but is a pain. dontheo 0 Report post Posted February 10, 2005 Jeff: I had a pair confiscated in Syracuse airport. They saw it on the xray and made a big deal out of it. They did give me a chance to go back out through the entrance, collect my things and then after disposing of them, come back through. They were cheap so I just said keep them.
