Rocco 0 Report post Posted February 3, 2021 OK, tonite I dug deep in one of my hackle storage bins and came across a bunch of this Whiting hackle in a variety of colors and sizes. I don't remember buying it and haven't a clue why I did. It is basically a very fine, delicate, long fiber, hackle meant for salmon steelhead and trout spey patterns I think.
