Peaty Mann 0 Report post Posted May 7, 2005 Hi Stack, The fly sits well as long as the wing is the full length of the hook which helps to turn the fly. Another way is to tye the body of the fly round the bend of the hook which forces the hook to turn over this style is better when the duns are hatching as it gives an impression of the dun stuck in the surface film.
