Retractable bodkin

I made a retractable bodkin from one of those pencils that you twist the point to make lead come out of it. I took out the eraser, then the wire spring type thing inside. Twist the little black plastic thing off of the wire, and remove the lead. Replace it with a needle, and re assemble the whole thing.

I like to cary a needle in my vest, I have 2 in a altoids can that I glued a peice of foam in. I think your idea is way better. Thanks for sharring.
