A little love for my Scandinavian friends. This is tied on a size 4 Ahrex stinger hook with a 25mm shank. They sent me some samples to try out. Very nice hooks to check out if interested.

Ive seen UV resin used to secure fragile ostrich feather around a hook before....I think Davie McPhail did that in one of his videos or something.

Sure. I made a crappy cell phone tutorial the other day. The articulated version is tied in the video....just tie the front half and you have the single hook version.

Thanks. I prefer unweighted streamers with a weighted line. I like intermediate for most water and full sink in faster water. I will add weight if there is a ton of material on the hook just to help it down a little, but these have very little material on them. The front hook is heavy enough to get it down once everything is wet. I need to order more colors and make some black/purple ones for night time bassin for sure.
