Pujic 0 Report post Posted January 19, 2004 Saltydog, What material did you use for the upper wing (that holographic stuff)? Looks like Holographic Flashabou but I'm just not sure. Thanks!
Saltydog 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2004 PUJIC, it's ANGEL HAIR, it's thiner material, but it comes under different names from different supplyers, I think (John) has some stuff called MARIGE it's longer an maby better to use for bigger flys, ask him about it. you can do the whole fly w/ that stuff, an it will attract fish. GOOD LUCK GOOD TYIN
Guest Report post Posted January 20, 2004 great pattern......would be a nice pattern to try for the river stripers when the shad are schooling.....maybe even troll it on a sinking line.....hum....the imagination just runs wild!
