alberta fly swaps

Recommended Posts

It's the best way...I love getting Flies from the southern states and trying them out in Canada. You'd be amazed how many times I've found a favorite pattern by using swapped flies from around the Continent.

I love swapping with folks from Canada, the flies tied with sasquatch hair work great for trout on the stream by my house here in PA.

That's funny...

It's nice up here to be able to have real polar bear fur too...legal here...but why not when we have to scare them from our garbage everynight...or stop them from scraping the walls of our ice huts... :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

I really like most aspects of ice fishing too (once you get a hole chopped that is big enough to cast a fly into.)
