Beautiful photos Floyd! How often do the cactus have flowers? Is it only once a year, or when ever there is rain?

Cool beetle pattern. I really enjoy your foam fly patterns.

Gorgeous shots, Floyd. Man, that Arizona country in spring must be fantastic :D Also from what I've been reading lately yours is a State I'd be proud to live in.

Wow I really do miss living in the southwest. I was lucky enough to be stationed in Nevada and in New Mexico. No fishing near where I was in NM, but in Nevada Lake Mead and Mohave were only minutes away. Caught mucho fish there! Arizona and New Mexico really get a grip on you.

Most of the cactus just bloom once a year as the one in my yard. Most of the spring flowers are gone now. The Saguaro cactus are just starting to bloom now. I'll be posting the Beetle pattern in the data base soon.
