"Not A Popper" - Bass Intruder Steb by Step

Step 1:

 

Lay a thread base on a long shanked hook.

Step 2:

 

Attach large bead chain eyes an eye length back.

Step 3:

 

Run backing through the stinger hook and attach to hook shank.

Step 4:

 

Super glue.

Step 5:

 

Add chenille backside.

Step 6:

 

Brush out some Arctic Fox and spin in a dubbing loop.

Step 7:

 

Add ostrich herl in a dubbing loop.

Step 8:

 

Add webby saddle hackle and ...

 

Step 9:

 

Tie in and wrap body material (body braid or holographic tinsel). Use super glue for added durability.

Step 10:

 

Tie in second chenille bump.

Step 11:

 

Add more ostrich.

Step 12:

 

And another webby saddle.

Step 13:

 

Dub head of fly.
