Deadly winter pattern. The blue bead is the key. This one is Brass, but Montana Fly Co and Nymph Head both make tungsten versions that work really well with the pattern as well. The fly is basically a thread tapered body and then the magic shrimp foil pulled over the back, rib wrapped and then coated with Clear Lacquer. Tight wraps.
