Druce 0 Report post Posted August 23, 2011 Hey everyone, just wanted to mention that I had a fantastic experience with a member of Cortland lines staff, I had contacted there general email connected to there website on a friday night, first thing monday morning the email was redirected to a more suited individual for my problem and we communicated with each other via email on that very day regarding a defective line I had purchased. My problem was promptly addressed and I am very happy with the responsibility this company upholds to there customers. I can see my next line being Cortland once again. troutguy 0 Report post Posted August 26, 2011 I bought Cortland line and it had gotten pinched in the packaging. It was flattened about ten feet in from the end and was almost cut through. Edith Clark from Cortland was better then I had ever seen a customer service person respond from any company. She was super!!! I like Cortland better then Rio and I own 7 or 8 lines.
