Midges and Lost Topics

Recommended Posts

Hey all, i was going through some topics a few days ago and stumbled upon a topic about midges and what they actually look like or something like that, so i had a question about it and i can't find the topic, so my question was 'when do midges actually hatch?' because i watched a video from that topic and it showed the midges pupae hatching in warm weather it looked like and i thought midges were winter and early spring time bugs. so when do they hatch?

I think they hatch all year long really. I think that we focus on midges so much in the winter is because the other insects don't hatch during the winter.
