pacres 0 Report post Posted January 1, 2005 Once I stared looking closely at some of the Choronomids in the local lakes here in Alberta, I noticed the color variations. Trout will key in on these sometimes, and the fly was created to mimic that variation. I haven't used the twisted wire method on this fly, but it would sure make for an interesting variation. I'll post a pick if I get one done soon.
