Fly tying beads

Can anyone tell me what the size holes are in the fly tying beads from...Sprit River, Rumpf, Wapsi, or Orvis? I am looking for both hole sizes.

I'm not sure I under stand your question. Are you asking what bead size to use ?

They are measured by weight, not by size of the hole.

I "think" your asking about the hole size that the hook slides through....Is that what you need to know sal?

 

Just give a little more info and i'm sure some one can help ya with what ya need.

I am actually looking for the hole diameters (both sizes) that are drilled into the beads.

OK Sal i'll go check mine right now...if it dont say on the pack i'll tryin give ya the best measurment i can without a set of calipers.

Well Sal i thought i had more than i do right now,all i have at the moment are some brass beads that i "think" i got at orvis and the hole size is 1/8".

 

I usallay have some graeen beads that i use for caddis larva but i must be out of those right now,i know the hole on them is smaller.

 

Maybe J.Johnson or some one else can be of more help?
