Steeldrifter 0 Report post Posted December 1, 2003 I kinda wondered about that myself cant wait to read what BD has to post on these species,should be interesting. I dont fish for bowfin(dogfish ) but every year a end up catching a dozen or so of them while fishing with crawdads for smallies. They put up a helluva fight and are not really a "friendly" fish to have in the boat lol. Most of the ones i catch on the au sable run about 8-10#.
