I tie my own but will use store bought knotless as well. I have been using George Harvey's leader formula that I found in an old issue of Fly Fisherman and it fishes really well. I also just furled my first thread leader this week but haven't fished it yet. Regards, Bob

Thanks Swamphunter! I am considering that as an option, I might also buy a sheet of 1/4" ply and cut it into little pieces and attempt to glue into some sort of box. Bob

My biggest headache is storing my material in a semi-orderly fashion. What are you guys doing for tying cabinets/bags. I wouldn't mind building one. If I were to buy something my budget tops out around 100 bucks. I've seen some nice commercially available ones but they tend to go for big $$$$. Regards, Bob

For me one of two ways, when I tie on my tippet I use a blood knot and leave one of the tags 8-12 inches long or I just tie a dropper to the bend of the hook on my dry. Bob

This is an interesting hair that is being used in Europe. I was wondering if anyone knew of a source on this side of the pond. Regards, Bob Here are some examples: www.danica.com/flytier/mruoff/mruoff.htm
