Try SuperFly Fishing Machine. It installs the programme SuperFly which contains a database of patterns.

You might try Fly Angler's Online and Fly Fisherman Homepage. If you are into bass an panfishing my site in my sig below has some patterns and the Contraband Fly Casters Homepage hasd a lot of Tom Nixon's bass and panfish patterns. For more specific pattern recipes try using Google. For tutorials on troutflies, see the very excellent job done at www.troutflies.com. This should give you a start on several hundred patterns I would guess.

forgot to mention, that i also have used superfly for catalogin my fly patterns for a long time. It works very well, and has worked on every version of Windows I've ever used (all of them since 3.1...)

i just tried superfly and every time i went to click on this little icon in the installation it would just freeze up i tried it several times

Also try Warmwaterflyfisher.com and Warmwaterflytyer.com. These are two good sites if you are into tying warmwater stuff. They have some good articles and how to on their sites, plus they are good guys.
