LisaLou 0 Report post Posted January 21 I would suggest a you make way to control some of the sawdust. Nothing kills the fun like dust in your eye and coating everything. I took a shallow storage container and replaced most of the lid with a piece of perforated paneling, then made a port on one side to attach a vacuum hose. I work above it and it did cut down on the dust flying everywhere. I found the one I made had too many holes to make enough suction, so I dammed off some of the interior. I am using a tiny portable vac and I’m sure with a shop vac, it would do better. It’s just something I threw together years ago and do use once in a while.
