Just outstanding work and I am jealous. I have wanted to go this route over the years and I am about to start as my son has married and is now out of the house so the basement is mine. By the way, I live in Oak Park about two or three miles away and when you are finished with yours can you PLEASE come do mine, ha ha. Again just wonderful work.
