Guest Report post Posted December 15, 2010 Very nice. What kind of dubbing is that? It has a nice sparkle to it. Dave
Mr. Vegas 0 Report post Posted December 15, 2010 I tied some of those last week. They were a little challenging for me. Great ties buddy!
Baiter 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2010 It looks great! If fish get picky try trimming 1/2 to 2/3 the tail material. For real picky fish do a CDC wing. You can mix a little Para Post material between layers of CDC for a more durable fly. Good Pic as well Dan

Hairstacker 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2010 Looks good. I echo what Baiter said: a trailing shuck made out of Antron like yours should be sparse -- at least half or less of what you have there.
boynabubble 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2010 +3 for cutting down on some of the shuck. You only need about 5-6 strands. Otherwise it looks great. You've got a nice taper to the body and the wing looks neatly tied.
