I was wondering if they were using Cork Bugs back then.
Robert M 0 Report post Posted April 6, 2011 What amazes me is how similar the advertisements are to modern times. I was wondering if they were using Cork Bugs back then. I noticed some of the ads were run for ten years or longer, talk about getting your moneys worth. I like the way most of the flies that I would call poppers usually had a hair wing in the front until about 1945 or so.

I'm gonna do one of those bugs with the feather wings tied on top of the body kind of like a big moth. Kirk
