utyer 0 Report post Posted June 4, 2012 No not a classic "fly pattern," but the color combination was the ticket for bass when I was fishing plastic for them in lake Powell. Seemed like every species in the lake would hit these. Smoke gray tail (leftover fluff from the base of some hackles.) Olive rabbit mixed with wing-n-flash for the body. Rib with wire and brush it out well. More flash is tied in at the head over the back. Silver bead head. lead wire on the front half of the hook.
