What is the name of your white fly and is it articulated?

I call it the Chubby Bunny. I usually tie it articulated but the one from the swap is just one hook. So I guess it's a half chub.

I know one thing for sure this in my first swap with Mike. He does great flies. I for sure want another articulated streamer wasp.

Yeah vicrider, think you got the names crossed. Both of mine are rabbit fur, the articulated fly has a head of arctic fox in a dubbing loop.

Gotcha GPL, looked at names wrong. I'm wondering if the foam will float that fly or keep it surface film anyway. Could be the thing for some of our shad lakes for bass or wipers.

Theres also a foam underbody in that fly.

My eyes are large aluminum eyes and like Crackleback I filled them with Goo, then brushable to get rid of tackniness and give them gloss. Even tho the stick on eyes are set back in a bit on the barbells the goo rounded out gives them the "eye" look at all angles instead of just straight on. Just came back to look at this thread and darn they are a great bunch of meat flies for the big-uns. I used a nylon coated 25# test wire between 1 and 2 joints so it should be a safe connection for even the worst toothy critters in fresh water. In salt water I dunno?
