Hey gents:

New to this forum...looks like some awesome stuff to sort through here...

Timely, given the snow...

 

Thought to post up a version of the stonefly...hope it meets with the approval of you august and more accomplished tiers...

Welcome to the site, Chase. That bug looks excellent, but it's either a kit, or you're very skilled with blade and pen.

You can't show a bug like that and not talk about how you did it!

Did you make those legs and other parts?

WOW! Very impressive indeed. I love to sit and watch you tie. Snow??? All you folks up north keep that white powder stuff up there. People down here can't drive in it and I hate cold weather...LOL

I hope you're going to go with a guide or a friend who knows where to go. I hear there's a lot of open water to cover to find some Tarpon willing to take a fly.
