chrisfish 0 Report post Posted October 22, 2006 good salmon hooks look nice, sink well. are very strong and rather sharp. body material (floss, chanile, ect) marabou or other soft hackle mallard flank or other waterfoul flank. (wing) I just started tying spays myself vern. I really like the way they look and bottom line; I've been catching fish with em. lots of great ideas on here. I'm sure with those materials and the advice you can find on this site you'll be off in no time. post a few pics if poss when you get some tied up.
