Crane fly....... or "daddy long legs" as we call it in Norway

Recommended Posts

Nicely tied and photographed. That looks fishable, too. What material are the legs?

This is what we used to call a "daddy long legs" ... the Harvestman.

The legs are pre knotted pheasent tail fibres :-)

I really like that one! Terje, I looked on the database and didn't find any reference to flies posted by you by any of your names.... Have you considered posting these beautiful flies on the db? Most people don't go to the trouble of posting step by step recipe, ... only the basic ingredients.

Thanks, FlaFly :-)

I have posted most of my flies directly on the "Coldwater species" forum. I also have quite a few sbs on the "step by step" forum :-)
