Special Night Sky Viewing

As I read online the last few weeks, there is the rare ability to see a comet in the night sky with the naked eye. Comet "Nishimura" is most visible one hour after sunset and one hour before sunrise in the ENE sky. If you have a clear sky and the desire to see something special, do so soon. This is only available for a short time...peaking on September 12th. I'll add a pair of binoculars are a definite plus.

This comet won't be back until 3017...and I suspect most if not all of us won't be around for the return. 😂

You never know George- with the advances in modern medicine....Ok 3017 might be pushing it!

That would be neat to see.  

Something a little easier to catch a glimpse of in the night sky is the Starlink satellite train, very cool and a little eerie when you see it.
