Joe Hard 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2006 Make, your shape out of a thin but strong peice of metal, like a cookie cutter, sharpen the cutting edge, then get a hardwood block and make a notch or grove that the metal cutter will fit in. Joe Hard 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2006 Here are a couple pics I found an old lamp that had brass tubes on it. I used those and an old antenna from a radio I took apart to cut out round foam dowels. I see J.Stockard has some foam cutters on sale right now. Have a look you might get a bit more info.
