Flies will be sorted on the 3rd and returned on December 4th. All FTF swap rules and guidelines apply. Each participant only needs to tie 6 flies. I've hosted several swaps here and if I didn't have a bunch signed up in 1 day and followed your lead I would have cancelled all of them. I don't think you gave anyone enough time to think about it.
