Early Stone Swap

Recommended Posts

Guest

Everyone has seen the little stoneflys on the snow covered banks while fishing. What ever stone pattern you choose to tie will do just keep them small. I'll be doing a pattern that i sent to Nick Pujic for the next issue of Candian Fly Fisher.

We will keep it to the first 12 Tyers only, plus the Swapmister.

12 flies due by March 2nd which is a Friday,Giving a quick turn around. I so will not hold the swap up for a day late set of flies. So get them in on time to keep Everyone happy. The sooner i get them all in, the sooner i'll get them out. Please remember return postage stamps.

Alex any pattern will do. I'll be doing a early Brown. I'm sure no one will tie the same exact pattern so no need to post what pattern will be tied. I can't wait for the river to get back to being fishable!

Welcome aboard!

Rick send me your addy and i'll send you some bug wrap to weave with. You could easily do a size 16 with it.

I'll let a size 12 slide on a woven body :D

Just let me know what colors you want and i'll get them to ya ASAP.

Again i like the job you did on the woven stones! You always come up with a great pattern for the swaps.

Wickedcarpenter... I'm IN and I'm done! Address please!

I have these nice little Snowflies which are a winter stonefly pattern created by Lloyd Gonzales. I had them tied for Big Todd's stonefly nymph swap and I kept them because they were not nymphs.(I retied stonefly nymphs for his swap). Soooooo, if there's room for me, I have mine tied and ready to fish.

Thanks.
