Just a clarification please, is this a saltwater or freshwater baitfish?

I need to know so that I can use the right hook, if there is a preference let me know.

I was tying up some tube flies for next season and came across a great one for baitfish....Are tube flies OK for a swap...yes or no? Either way is OK for me, as I know some poeple don't use tube flies.
