gadabout 0 Report post Posted September 8, 2009 I just learned that Fran Betters, dean of the West Branch Ausable in the Adirondacks has just passed. I met Fran 10yrs ago and he was always more than willing to give good advice on fly selection for the river He is a true legend and will be missed dearly , Fran may you rest in peace...I'm sure your on the great river flyrod in hand catching mondo trout.
