Latest Creations Shrimps and Sliders

Saw some new flies and decided to try them out, here are my flies, I think they turned out pretty good

 

The first group of flies is called a Redfish Slider, I have seen this pattern tied many ways and saw many flies called a redfish slider, I liked this one so here he is

Showed this fly to a friend called it a clouser, he said you can't call it a clouser due to its lack of body so here he is THE CLOU

Shrimp like Slider, Craft fur tail, hackle body, deer hair head

All flies are tied on a sz 4 Gamakatsu B10S, Danville Thread, whipped finished with a drop of head cement

Nice application of a stack of deer hair over the eyes. I really like the looks of that. I think it was mentioned on another thread, if you do that same pattern, only tying everything on the "bottom" so the hook point will ride up when in the water, it would be much more weed resistant.
