Don't think there is the heavy hatches here in western OK but used to experience them in IL when I grew up there. Used to put them on the hook for bait back then. skeet3t 0 Report post Posted July 15, 2021 Have a couple of places in mind where trees overhang the water. Several years ago I was fishing a local tailwater and saw a locust drop into the water.
