Steeldrifter 0 Report post Posted June 14, 2005 By law your "supposed" to report any income that you make If you sell them out of state then you dont have to charge tax on them, but if you sell them to someone in the state you live in then you are supposed to also add sales tax for your state. If you're just getting ten or twenty bucks every once in a while from friends and such, I wouldn't worry too much. But if you're tying on a regular basis for a shop or steady customers than I believe you should do the right thing and report the income. Remember, the IRS is always watching.....
