I'll be real polite Norm and keep it to myself what I would do to these guys. The one thing about the article that make me mad is they refer to this as "fishing". It is criminal poaching and the criminals should be punished accordingly and NOT associated with people the folks here who are fishermen and ladies. Hope their vessel is confiscated and whenever our state (or your state) is considering funding issues for conservation efforts on land, water, or sea... step up and join the folks who know that properly funding the folks who protect our natural resources is something worth doing...
