Mayfly

Recommended Posts

Really nice looking, but I have a question. I had a Mayfly land on my arm yesterday and it only had 2 antenna things coming from its behind. Yours has 3, is that correct, was the one I saw missing one.

Scott, Antennae are normally appendages attached at the head,

It's not unusual to see mayflies with 2 or 3 tails, it's also not unusual for one or more of them to get damaged at some stage in their life cycle & fall away.

Martin that is a really Stunning fly, can't wait for the next one(s)

Andres,

thanx for the comment. The wings are still under design. I have a new idea already. When i've got an example i will show them again.

Kind regards Martin
