Certainly what it looks like... Man, pretty cat.

But after I posted this, got everyone's input, and

examined the hide a bit closer, I think Ray and Greg

are right. I think it is white wabbit printed to look

like a snow leopard or, like Bud suggested, a young

lynx. Regardless...it's dubbing now. :yahoo:

It may be a bunny rabbit. I am guessing it is a white rabbit pelt that has been dyed (printed) to give it the spots. I saw similar skins at one of the local craft stores (Michael's).

Rabbit, there is a breed with that spotted coloring but I can't remember what it was called. I used to raise rabbits as a kid in 4-H. The pattern is too random to be dyed and I doubt anyone would put the time into it on a rabbit pelt to get it to look so distinctive.
